Drumming for Couples:

A play-ground for couple who wish to fine-tune their relationship and get their rhythms in sync. Spend a few hours drumming, moving to the rhythms, silently listening to your thoughts and your partner.

About Nathan Brenowitz/Laurie Schwartz:

Nathan Brenowitz has lead rhythm circles over the past decade for universities, corporations, camps, schools, retreat centers, youth centers, hotels, nursing homes and private parties. He holds degrees in counseling, mediation, education, and business. He has been a percussionist for over 30 years and has studied music around the world, including Cuba and Brazil. Nathan also plays piano and trumpet and has been a professional musician, often performing in clubs. His charismatic and upbeat personality, combined with his magical teaching and life skills, create a captivating program of intense playfulness.

Laurie Schwartz has co-led drum circles with Nathan since the beginning. She has also led countless experiential workshops on issues pertaining to life’s challenges. Laurie’s accepting manner is evident as she keeps the beat and facilitates the exploration of internal rhythms – the conversations of the mind.
